Advertising Policy
Last updated 2 September 2026
AdsGroww operates a passenger-facing digital screen network inside public transportation, starting with auto-rickshaws. Campaign acceptance will depend on applicable law, vehicle and operator policies, location, and AdsGroww’s internal advertising standards.
We reserve the right to review, request modification of, or reject advertisements. An enquiry is not approval.
Categories we may reject
- Illegal products or services
- Misleading or fraudulent advertisements
- Hate or discriminatory material
- Adult or explicit content
- Dangerous products presented unsafely
- Political advertising, subject to applicable law and platform policies
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- False claims, including deceptive financial claims
- Unsafe or unsubstantiated medical claims
- Illegal gambling
- Drugs or prohibited substances
- Weapons where advertising is prohibited
- Ads targeting children inappropriately
- Content likely to create safety concerns inside transport vehicles — including material that could distract a driver if a screen were visible from the front, or that could reasonably alarm passengers
Creative standards
Creatives should be suitable for a mixed public audience in close proximity. Sound, flashing effects and high-contrast strobing may be restricted because screens sit inside vehicles.
Rights and clearances
Advertisers and agencies must hold the rights to assets they submit and must ensure claims comply with Indian advertising and consumer law, including ASCI guidelines where relevant.
Operator and location rules
A creative acceptable in one context may still be declined if a vehicle owner, fleet, city or transport authority does not permit it.
