Acceptance of terms

These Terms form a contract between you and AdsGroww relating to website use. They do not, by themselves, create an advertising insertion order or a transport partnership agreement.

Website purpose

The site explains AdsGroww’s concept, invites enquiries and shares policies. Some descriptions include planned features and a long-term vision. Those statements are directional, not a promise of current availability.

Information accuracy

We aim to keep information current, but content may change as the product develops. Campaign examples on the site are fictional creatives used to illustrate the screen — they are not client work.

Service availability

AdsGroww operates a digital transit advertising network. Network coverage, vehicle types, cities and campaign inventory depend on participating operators and available screens. We do not guarantee that any particular campaign, location or format will be available when you enquire.

Advertising enquiries

Submitting an enquiry — including via WhatsApp — is a request for information. It is not campaign acceptance. AdsGroww may decline, delay or request changes to a proposed campaign.

Campaign requirements

If we later accept a campaign, creative, duration, placement and commercial terms will be agreed separately. Advertisements must also comply with our Advertising Policy, applicable law, and any vehicle or operator rules.

Intellectual property

The AdsGroww name, logo, website design and original content are owned by AdsGroww or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. You remain responsible for the rights in any creative you submit.

Prohibited website use

• Attempting to disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, or reverse engineer the site
• Misrepresenting your identity or organisation
• Using the site to transmit malware or unlawful content

External links and third-party platforms

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram or other sites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdsGroww is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, including reliance on illustrative graphics or planned features. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AdsGroww against claims arising from your misuse of the site or from advertising materials you supply, to the extent permitted by law.

Future services

Additional products, dashboards or measurement tools may be introduced later under separate terms.

Modification of terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have authority over disputes, without naming a specific city unless AdsGroww later publishes a registered office for that purpose.
